—Bows are quite large (actually 12-14 in diameter).
—Each bow has 16-20 loops with tails around 10-14 inches.
—We use at least 5 yards of multiple 1.5 & 2.5 inch wired ribbons for each bow.
—We ship bows with zipties for freedom to attach the bows wherever you need.

How does ItsASecretDesigns support the client with customer service?
Once a client buys one of our designs, we consider them CLIENT FAMILY so if ANYTHING is not to their full satisfaction when they receive their boxed wreath, we want to make it right.
From the way we listen to the clients' wishes regarding gift wrapping needs, full sized, gift notecards, and over protective safe packaging, we try to secure a great purchase and shipping experience.
If shipping has brought them an imperfect wreath, we want to know and make it right. We would send a paid fedex return label, at our expense. We would then fix whatever shipping damage repair is needed or fully refund them.
In the end, we treat clients like we would prefer to be treated. Our client is smart to choose us because they are always right!
Care instructions
For Weather Hanging: Most of the materials used in your wreath are considered durable for front door decor. We even use zipties versus wire, just to be sure of durability.
However, we recommend at least a front door overhang to protect it from outside direct moisture. As with anything exposed to direct sunlight, fading can happen. To best prevent this, we use a spray acrylic before shipment for protection, but please limit intense direct sun as much as you can.
Wreath Storage: Your wreath should be stored in a climate controlled room or closet with the storage bag we provide or one like it. Extreme temps- hot or cold could affect glue or paint. Wreaths hang well on hangers in any closet space or inside storage. Hope this helps!
